Whirly Board Return Policy
Whirly Board, LLC (the “Company”) is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a 30-day return policy for all balance boards purchased from its websites (the “Websites”). The Company will accept returns for any used or unused balance board. The board does not have to be in its original condition or have the original packaging and accessories. All returns must be authorized by the Company prior to being returned and must follow the instructions set forth by the Company.
1. AUTHORIZATION
All returns must be authorized by the Company prior to being returned. To obtain an authorization, the customer must contact the Company at info@whirlyboard.com and provide the customer’s order number, the reason for the return, and any other pertinent information. The Company will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be included with the return shipment. Response times vary and can be between 3-5 business days.
2. RETURN SHIPMENT
The customer must use the Company’s provided shipping and return labels for all returns. Returns shipped without the Company’s return label may be refused or may result in a processing delay. Customers will not be reimbursed for any third party shipping expenses.
3. REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the Company’s receipt of the returned product. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the balance board minus any applicable restocking fees. The Company reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements listed in this policy.
4. WARRANTY
The Company provides a lifetime limited warranty for all balance boards purchased from the Websites. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that cause the balance board to become unusable. The Company will repair or replace any balance board that is found to be defective. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective balance board to the Company for repair or replacement.
5. EXCHANGES
The Company does not offer exchanges on balance boards. If a customer wishes to exchange a balance board, the customer must initiate a return of the original balance board and place a new order for the desired product.
