- We offer FREE standard shipping on all US (Lower 48) orders over $75.
- Orders under $75 receive real-time calculated rates at checkout.
- Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–6 business days depending on your location.
Processing Time
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- During peak seasons, handcrafted boards may require one additional day.
- You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

- Tracking is emailed automatically once your order ships.
- You can check your status anytime on our tracking page.

Where We Ship
We ship nationwide and internationally.
United States:
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75 – applies to the continental U.S. only.
- Alaska & Hawaii have separate carrier-based rates shown at checkout.
Canada:
- Flat-rate shipping: $35 USD
- You may be responsible for customs fees, VAT, or import duties.
- We typically split the real shipping cost with you, which is why our Canadian flat rate is much lower than what carriers charge us.
International (All Other Countries):
- Flat-rate international shipping is shown at checkout.
- We usually cover about half of the true shipping cost to keep international delivery affordable.
- All international orders ship directly from our workshop in Northern Wisconsin since we don’t have overseas distribution (yet!).
Large or specialized orders? Email us at support@whirlyboard.com for a custom quote. We can ship almost anywhere.
Delivery Expectations
Most U.S. orders are delivered via UPS or USPS.
Carriers may leave your package in a secure location if you’re not home.
Have delivery notes (gate code, side door, etc.)? Add them at checkout and we’ll include them on your label.
Tracking & Updates
Tracking is emailed automatically once your order ships.
You can check your shipment anytime on our Track My Order page.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate your package, please contact us within 7 days.
We’ll help confirm delivery details and guide you through the next steps with the carrier.
For stolen packages, carriers require a police report and the recipient to file the claim first.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the box and product.
We’ll take care of it right away and make sure you receive a replacement.
Wrong Address?
If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately.
We can update the address before your package leaves our facility. Once shipped, changes must go through the carrier and may require additional fees.
International Shipping Notes
International delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs processing.
Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We keep our flat-rate fees low by splitting the cost of international shipping with our customers.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to use your Whirly Board — really use it.
Take 30 full days to put it through its paces. Spin on it, stand on it at your desk, try the different levels — we want you to actually use it, not tiptoe around keeping it pretty.
If you’re not in love after those 30 days, you have an additional 14 days to start a return and send it back for a full refund.
Scratches and scuffs are perfectly fine. They’re proof you gave it a real shot, and that’s exactly what we want.
If you’re struggling or unsure how to get the most out of your board, reach out — we’re happy to help you dial in the right setup or difficulty level.
U.S. returns ship back free. We cover the return label.
International returns are accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your board back — normal wear totally acceptable — we’ll process your refund or exchange.
