WHEN WILL I GET TRACKING?
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our workshop. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). During peak seasons, handcrafted boards may require one additional day.
If it’s been more than 3 business days and you haven’t received tracking, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@whirlyboard.com.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE ON THE CARRIER'S SITE?
Our tracking page shows your tracking number and carrier. To get detailed updates directly from the carrier, copy your tracking number and visit:
UPS: ups.com/track
USPS: tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction
FedEx: fedex.com/fedextrack
Paste your tracking number into the search field for real-time location updates.
WHY HASN'T MY TRACKING UPDATED?
Tracking can sometimes lag behind the actual package movement—here’s what’s normal:
- “Label Created” for 1–2 days: Your package is on its way to the carrier’s facility.
- No scans over the weekend: Most carriers don’t scan packages on Saturdays and Sundays.
- “In Transit” with no updates for 2–3 days: Your package is moving between facilities.
If tracking hasn’t updated in more than 5 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
IT SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DON'T HAVE IT
First, check these common spots:
- Back porch, side door, or garage
- With a neighbor or at your building’s front desk/mailroom
- Inside your mailbox (smaller items)
Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a few hours early. If it still hasn’t appeared after 24 hours, contact us within 7 days at support@whirlyboard.com. We’ll confirm delivery details and guide you through next steps with the carrier.
MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED
Email us within 48 hours at support@whirlyboard.com with photos of:
- The shipping box (showing any damage)
- The product itself
We’ll take care of it right away and make sure you receive a replacement.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Contact us immediately at support@whirlyboard.com.
We can update your address before your package leaves our facility. Once shipped, address changes must go through the carrier and may require additional fees.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–6 business days depending on your location. We ship from Northern Wisconsin, so:
- Midwest: 2–3 days
- East/West Coast: 4–6 days
- Alaska & Hawaii: Varies by carrier
